The only thing I did not like is that the host never answered the phone to give the access code to enter the residence. I had to contact Expedia and the process took a long time.

Love the view from our balcony! Rooms were clean and bathroom was spacious. However, lighting could be a bit brighter for us women getting hair and makeup ready. The front desk staff can seriously improve their demeanor. I called them twice and they were dry, monotone, not warm or jolly at all. The day of checkout I walked up to the desk to the 2 girls there talking. I greeted the one who was actually working the desk and asked my question. She didn’t bother to greet me at all or much less smile. Felt as if I was interrupting their conversation with her facial expression. No customer service skills, smh, she is the biggest reason for not giving 5 stars.

-Valet, servers, and bartenders provided excellent customer service. -Rooms were clean but you can hear guests in other rooms throughout the night. -Windows in the elevator were not as clean and had stains on them. -No mattress toppers available. Some receptionist at the front desk were not kind. Be aware of racism and discrimination towards people of different races and classes from those working in reception as well. During my first stay, another guest was given extended stay past the regular late check out time no questions asked. When I asked for the latest check out time, I was not given the same late check out as the other guest. I returned shortly after to tell them I did not sleep through the night because the beds were uncomfortable and asked for the later extension that was given to the other guest. It was finally given in the end. Also, be aware of false advertisement. I was told by David at reception that I would be upgraded for not sleeping well during my first stay without being charged a fee and I was.

Great place for family staycation very clean and well maintained hotel staff are polite and helpful close to fashion mall if you like shopping I would definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues ! Looking forward to my next staycation

The property was in very clean shape for being under a bit of construction. I didn't like I had to take 2 elevators to get to lobby from my room and nobody told me, I had to figure it out on my own. Room 8527

Recently rented 3 rooms for my Dad's 80th birthday. Overall, everyone had a great experience. Check in was easy, hotel/condo is brand new, very clean, and stay went well. It's a newer build, so the walls are a little thin, but it didn't cause any problems during the stay. Everyone was very friendly. Next time we're back in the area, this property will be on our list for consideration. Special thanks to Rebecca, Liza, Johvanne (maintenance), and the rest of the team!
