The best of this hotel is the location, very convenient. The room was clean, but the tiles at the bathroom had mildew. Good air conditioning, not noisy. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. Our room had the toilet in the shower, so the toilet gets wet and it’s a bit uncomfortable. The building was nice and in good condition, but the elevator is very tiny, just for one person with one small suitcase. We didn’t see much staff available. Overall, good hotel, but four stars would be an overstatement.

A wonderful stay at Les Bains Paris. The hotel is beautifully located, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was stunning, spacious, and impeccably clean. The cocktails at the bar were outstanding and definitely worth trying. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

Do NOT stay on the 6th floor in the summer. Their AC cannot keep up with the heat and getting a fan for the room is like pulling teeth. They are very much aware of the problem as you can see from reviews, yet they continue to book the rooms. We slept in wet towels as it was 90+ degrees in our room. This hotel is far too expensive to have to beg for help over and over and over. I can’t imagine willingly taking on that liability with prior knowledge that it’s a dangerous problem.

We loved the location and the breakfast. Guests with mobility issues should note that while there is an elevator, there are some steps in the hallways. The room was very clean .
