Indiana All inclusive Holidays

Room was clean & spacious. Front desk & restaurant did not speak fluent English, & struggled a bit to understand what we were asking, but they were friendly & had a good attitude. The inner courtyard had the potential to be a really nice space, but was in need of some cleaning & landscaping.

Good suite rooms but sofa bed is old and not very clean. We loved the pool, sauna and hot tub.

Maintenance engineer was very helpful and friendly. Our balcony glass sliding door wouldn’t lock and he rigged it up to stay locked. AC does not keep room very cool unless you are in the room and only goes so low apparently due to the “energy-efficient” requirements. Check-in took a half hour of waiting in line. Very frustrating especially as we saw people skipping the line and getting helped right away while there was a long line. Definitely understaffed at check-in. Food in lobby/cafe area - expensive but no prices on each item. Ended up just getting Starbucks drinks, which was available in the lobby and had all prices listed. Fitness center was nice. Hotel was loud in the open lobby area. Could hear the huge party going on late into the night but we had a portable fan and sleep noise machine. People who prefer quiet would not enjoy. This hotel is near the airport too, so not quiet. Parking was confusing. Had to drive into first driveway and ask someone where to park to check in. Have to go into second drive and then go park somewhere not really close in order to even check in. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff was very kind and willing to help us if needed! All staff was very kind and professional, it was just unfortunate that there seemed to be noticeable under staffing.
