My room was spotless, and the view was absolutely gorgeous. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful, but the bartenders and servers truly stood out—they were phenomenal. Beachside food and drink service was a first for me, and it was such an amazing experience. The food at the on-site Baleen restaurant was also excellent, and valet parking made everything incredibly convenient.

Lobby doesnt look as good as pictures Door handles, carpet and furniture should be changed or fixed We did appreciate heated pool and jacuzzi for colder days They should also allow you to bring your own drink to the pool

Great service and great location. The rooms are very nice as well spacious enough for four people. The valet service could improve, though, as you always have to approach them versus them approaching you Lots of restaurants, nearby and lots of people walking the streets. Felt very safe. There’s also a mall connected to the hotel.

Beautiful studio, perfect for location and amazing building. The studio was equipped with kitchenette and general bathroom supplies needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Every thing was fine

Somewhat affordable hotel in south beach in a great location, near restaurants and shopping! Be mindful there are no parking available but close by garage charges $20 per day.

air con was terrible - was blasting cold air and as we visited in dec that is not what we needed. the controls were locked , which i have never seen before, and had really big issues to get reception to fix the issue. the solution was either full blast or not at all . we never received the bottle of water or the room upgrade. quite disappointing stay overall

Difficult to get access once at the property. No clear instructions. There were no blankets for the bed. Just a top sheet. Expensive for what you get.
