Staff were very accommodating

Great staff, very helpful, very friendly, always smiling, good location, we just had one issue and that was having no hot water, the hotel manager mr reneesh kindly moved us to another room immediately. Thank you all .

I stayed for two nights at Ganga Kinare before joining a yoga and meditation retreat. The property has a beautiful location and lovely views of the Ganges, which is definitely its biggest highlight. The food was decent and most of the staff were polite and helpful. However, overall the experience felt quite mediocre and did not match a 4- or 5-star standard. The front desk felt very transactional, especially when it came to arranging taxis and services, which often felt overpriced. As someone who has stayed in many luxury hotels, the overall experience didn’t feel truly premium. A pleasant stay for the views and location, but not a luxury hotel experience.

Very disappointing checkout experience at Grand Hyatt Goa. Despite calling reception three times requesting help with luggage, no one came to assist. After waiting for quite some time, I eventually had to carry all the luggage myself during checkout. Service should not be different during check-in and check-out. Guests expect the same level of attention and hospitality throughout their stay, especially at a luxury hotel. This was certainly not the experience I expected.

We didn't get the room we'd requested and paid for. We were very disappointed with the room we got. Bathrooms and rooms definitely need to be renovated. Over rated as a 5 star hotel. Only positive was the good staff they have.

Clean, spacious room, friendly and attentive staff. The pool was temperature controlled and newly renovated. We had an excellent time here! The breakfast was excellent and the variety on offer was exceptional.
