I had Kate as my front desk employee who is excellent. Friendly, polite n carry a smile as well as very helpful. On the other hand , Nelson is not very good. Need improvement. Talk to head guy Danny who’s very friendly as well. Been to the old n the remodelled room. The old one carpet n decor need a lot of work.

The room was huge and the staff were lovely. We ate at the Steakhouse twice, and the staff remembered our names and what we had ordered the last time.

Spectacular view from the room. Very clean and modern. Subjective but a very comfortable bed. Awareness of Gluten Allergies. Close and convenient covered access to the Exhibition Centre East rail line. Very easy getting around the city from here.

Staff was incredibly courteous. Small but clean rooms. Unfortunately a fire alarm at 1am is the only tarnishing of a great place

Their restaurant was the best. The restaurant manager provided exceptional customer service. The rooms were spotless! The connector from the hotel to the mall was very useful.
