Only issue I had was that I had to pay for an additional towel. I didn’t understand the big deal about having an extra towel given the fact I was staying for 20 nights I was left with the impression that it was a low class establishment I travel a lot and usually management would not allow you to be disappointed on something so petty I paid for three extra towels and they made sure I only received only two clean towels per day not one over Again to me this seems very low class and petty New hotel I will make sure of the towel policy Who knew it such a big deal LOW CLASS

I stayed at this hotel in May and I was delighted to choose it again. Nice pool, friendly staff and good location. Thanks to Mr Diamond, Miss Pinky, #1 reception lady and many other staff.

The hotel is a little dated and could use updated. It is kept best it can be. The breakfast is good and the service is excellent

Overall we enjoyed our stay. My kids loved spending time at the pool. We like the quietness on the beach. The WiFi signal is surprisingly poor…you would expect it to be stable but it’s quite disappointing - dropping out from time to time. Location:there’s one Thai food restaurant and 7-11 near the entrance. Nothing else, but that’s what you expected for enjoying a private hotel beach. Use BOLT if you need to go out. Staff are great. Facilities are a little old but we don’t mind. We enjoyed the tropical jungle ambient.
