The bath combined shower is extremely dangerous, the top of the bath from the floor was well above knee height, making it a safety hazard getting in and out, unless you are an Olympic hurdler, there is no step or safety handrails. It is a accident site waiting to happen. Cheers

Our room was spacious, house keeping did an excellent job every day. The gym had limited floor space, could perhaps have some little cubby shelves to put belongings in, one of the two treadmills not working. The beach view was awesome. The lifts were noisy next to our room. Very convenient location in Surfers.

The staff were hands down one of the highlights of our stay.
There was absolutely nothing that was an issue nothing that was too hard for them to assist with.
The buffet breakfast was wonderful. The amenities were excellent. A great family friendly place to go
