Location is good. For the price paid, it was a good value. However, this property has seen better days...long ago. Room was good, but very outdated. TV but no channels, no news, cable, etc… Only Netflix if you have your own account. The pool looks great in the pictures but is a big disappointment. The water was clear and clean BUT there are no pool chairs, nowhere to set your towel or stuff except on the broken concrete around the pool. Pool area is falling apart, very sad. No pool towels. No adult supervision. Children running wild diving into the pool splashing people. Check in was chaos. It appears the building has a dozen different names. Online apps, phone maps and taxi drivers can't find it as this is NOT the name of the building. To check in I was directed to a side desk in the lobby, not the main desk. There appear to be several hotel businesses and apartments all renting out rooms in the same building. No one really seemed to be in charge. Fortunately I needed no assistance during my stay as I'm sure it would have been complex.

Yo can definitely find something cheaper for the same and even better services For a 5 star hotel, the check in area is too warm. Breakfast buffet is middling . U have to ask for coffee … why can’t coffee be available without asking someone to pour it for you ? And bring your own Splenda as they only have sugar as an option.

While some equipment were aged, hotel room and equipments in the room were kept clean. However, the bathroom of the public area such as ground level and leobby were not kept clean. Most likely some of the customers not using properly, but I didn’t like it.

I stay here over and over again due to convenience and comfort ability. Staff are always friendly never had any issue. I like the fact that they even recognizes me. few things tho maybe the property do need some touches but other than that everything is always great!

Front desk very helpful and friendly! The room was clean, and we got complimentary Filipino snacks and bottled water. The breakfast is very pricey and I paid for 3 people through my paid reservation online, but unfortunately the restaurant staff said that 2 people were only allowed and she said I have to pay ₱950 for the 3rd person that couldn’t come down, plus they didn’t allow me to take food up to my room. Overall, great service because of the front desk! Would come again.

Excellent hotel and good service near to the mall and restaurant. Plenty of mixed restaurants Filipino western Japanese Chinese Mexican Indonesia Mediterranean.. fantastic SPA service.. unblock city view
