The overall experience was good with friendly staff in the front desk & concierge.
The room was spacious & the building is definitely required upgrade. The shower was not working & left a broken front & back iron & was not working neither.

Staff very friendly accommodation was very nice, mini bar topped every day no complaints. Few gripes not enough sunbeds, and breakfast felt like a cattle market. I just come back from e&o hotel penang it was run to a very high 5 star hotel.
