We stayed at Fiesta Americanas for 8 nights and it was a very relaxing environment. We were upgraded to the 7th floor which had all you can drink and food at all times. The Concierge Javier took great care of us during our stay.

5 stars all the way! Everything was great. We will return in the future.

At check-in, I asked for a bottle of water because I was thirsty. I paid for the bottle of water with my credit card and gave the employee a $6 tip (3 new $2 bills). At checkout, I was told I owed them for a bottle of water. I told them I paid for the water at check-in, and gave a generous tip. They told me I was a liar and that I needed to pay for the water. I felt humiliated because they told me the only way they could verify my account of the payment was by reviewing video cameras. I felt humiliated since they were accusing me of not paying for a single bottle of water after I had spent thousands of dollars at their facilities during my stay. I ended up paying for the same water twice since I was running late to drop off my rental car.
