Mi experiencia en este Hotel ha sido excelente, desde el inicio de mi llegada fue muy rápido y eficiente el proceso de hacer el "check-in". La habitación en que me alojaron estuvo muy cómoda y muy limpia. Las actividades que hubo fueron muy diversas y divertidas. Mi habitación estaba cerca de la piscina del Bar de Saona donde pasé la mayoría del tiempo de mi estadía. Quiero agradecer el excelente trato de los bartenders Yuma, Aneury, Diana que dieron el maximo con sus excelentes atenciones en el Bar. Mis restaurantes favoritos fueron el Buffet Mangu donde hubo una gran oferta gastronómica y me trataron muy bien en especial Gregorio y José Luis el cual siempre estuvo muy al pendiente. Mis otros restaurantes favoritos fueron el Steak House y el Olé donde recibí excelente servicio de parte de todos sus empleados en especial Gregorio y Montero. El personal de limpieza siempre fue muy amable y dispuesto ayudarme en cualquier necesidad que tuve. Mi única sugerencia es que creo que deben poner música latina como bachata, merengue y salsa en el Bar de Saona ya que solo escuché música en ingles y uno que es latino le gusta escuchar nuestra música y también la música de Rep Dom. Estoy muy satisfecha con mi estadía en este Hotel y volvería sin pensarlo. Tuve unas magníficas vacaciones. Muy agradecida de todo el personal del hotel que hizo de mi estadía una muy placentera. We got food poisoning while we were there. The pool with the bar there had a film sitting on top of the water. They came and cleaned are room took our dirty wash clothes and didn’t give new ones. They took our pillow cases and didn’t give us new ones. Food wasn’t good. Some of the staff was rude.

Everything was excellent, except for the quality of service at the restaurants and check in/out was slow.

My 4th stay and always pleaced at the staff and accommodations 👌

Have been to this property in the past and enjoyed it but this time things were different and not as enjoyable

I love our staying The rooms were remolded and excellent new decorations I am definitely coming back to this place

Tuvimos varios inconvenientes con el servicio en general. Se nos inundó la habitación 2 noches y llamamos para que nos ayudaran y nos cortaron el teléfono 3 veces muy agresivamente. Vinieron a limpiar la habitación muy temprano cuando habíamos pedido por favor que no lo hicieran porque estábamos cansados y cuando le dije a la de limpieza que volviera más tarde me respondió “Nose voy a ver”. Queríamos extender noches en un principio y pedimos ayuda a varias personas y nadie nos ayudó en nada. Por último nos llamaron el último día a una charla para “regalarnos algo” y nos tuvieron 4 horas sin dejarnos ir para vendernos un paquete que realmente no queríamos. Lo único que destacó fue el servicio del mayordomo Randy un genio y muy servicial todo el momento.
