This old ol style hotel is modernised, has a lovely old style charm and ambience of a resort. Our room (king suite) overlooked the pool area.p and the interior had lovely floorboards.
The breakfast buffet was the best we have had in Vietnam and even offered Vietnamese coffee where you could make your own iced coffee with condensed milk and ice supplied. A change not to see “Americano” coffee on offer which is substandard. I really enjoyed the banana crepes they made.
The grounds are also lovely and the gift shop has a few things to offer.
Being only a 5 minute walk to the ancient town made this an ideal location.

Staff were kind and friendly. Space in the 2 bed villa was incredible, not only did we have a private pool, we had a private badminton court! Only negatives are that could use a bit of a refresh as they are looking a little dated and the restaurant could do with having a bigger selection, maybe add some daily specials so it’s not always the same options for lunch and dinner
