"Hotel checkin agent did ask me for a ¥2000 deposit even though I've paid in full by a valid credit card when I booked with Hotel.com on-line, but I insisted not to pay the deposit. It was really annoying and I considered it was a harassment."

"酒店位於果松滑雪服務中心側，十分方便。 職員Seven對工作熱誠、主動，值得一讚！ 可是酒店提供的自助早餐比較差，食物種類太少，很多食物都不熱又不凍，如豆漿、中式包點、炒米粉等，很難接受。 晚餐只希望客人吃自助餐，但食物都是冷冷的，吃剩了又不會添加的。廚房不願意煮，只勸你吃自助餐，後來要酒店職員幫忙，煮房才願意煮⋯"
