Room was okay. Staff very welcoming, kind. Not too many amenities. Food for lunch and dinner was great. Breakfast was average. We stayed in a room overlooking the main street. Too loud, too noisy every single night. Overall 3/5 starts.

The room was awesome as we got upgraded (thank you) the staff were super friendly and helpful and the whole resort was first class l can recommend Legian Beach Resort without hesitation your sure to enjoy your stay. I highly recommend Svarga Bebek Villas! It's a beautiful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The grounds are stunning, the staff is welcoming and eager to assist, and the food is exceptional. The villas are well-stocked, and the turn-down service along with the snacks are a lovely touch. I would return here in a heartbeat.

Absolutely enjoyed being tucked away, up in the jungles, overlooking the Ayung River. The service and the staff were truly amazing. I loved the option to take the free shuttle into the city center daily. I also enjoyed the food!! They had great prices that were comparable based on what you ordered!! I spent my birthday dinner at the resort for their sea food special as well as the traditional dance!! The live music & food was great! Free breakfast options are yummy… I stayed 5 days and would definitely come back!! Thank you to everyone who made my 39th birthday, a great solo trip!!

The resort is set in beautiful grounds, with the added bonus of a small on-site 'farm' and rice paddy - which is fascinating. Staff are friendly and helpful - however - both our check-in and check-out experience was not good - in fact was unprofessional and definitely compromised our stay. The pool villa we had was a bit dated, and there were a few issues with doors and taps, water pressure is inadequate for a supposedly 5* resort; - the wardrobe is way too small - not even enough for a single person. The shuttle service is welcome, but a bit restrictive - only 3 times a day and no evening visits after 5pm. Ubud traffic is horrendous - the resort is 3 km from Ubud but a taxi at 7pm would take 30 minutes. Outside the hotel there is a walkable shop and a few restaurants - but these are not as good as the hotel food and the roughly the same price. Both hotel restaurants are really good - but we were often the only ones in them. Overall a nice place to stay, but not good value and overpriced.
