Excellen location and a really nice property. Close enough to everything but nice and quiet at night

Great location. Modern unit, very clean but starting to show some wear and tear. Check in efficient and communication good. Only annoying thing was they only gave us one key….a bit ridiculous when your apartment is on the 50th floor and you have a 2 bedroom apartment with four people in it.

Very nice and clean apartment, the pool does not have spa.

Ayatt location is good, within walking distance to TRX and Pavilion, we even walk to KLCC. The room we get is a new unit, thus it is clean and tidy. The rooms is spacious and view is outstanding. During new year celebration, we get the full view of fireworks display from TRX to KLCC just from the window of our room. Unfortunately the housekeeping is terrible. Out of the 4 nights we stay, they only clean once, basically it's not cleaning, they just make the beds and top up water bottle. Rubbish was not empty, floor are vacuum or swept, toilet was not clean. Towels and floor mat was not changed. When we first arrived, they don't provide kettle, shampoo or shower gel, no cups, plates and cutlery too. We have to call the reception to send it to our room. The room comes with induction cooker, but no cooking pots or pan. Basically nothing is provided. I would suggest that Ayatt should provide a cleaning tools eg, broom, toilet brush and mob. The guess would gladly do their own cleaning if the tools is provided. Rather than staying for 5 days in a dirty toilet and floor..

The hotel is a good hotel but with a few changes could be excellent. The rooms are spacey with nice views and the beds very comfortable BUT the lifts are a total nightmare with queuing and overcrowding commonplace. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t get our room cleaned once. Housekeeping seemed over loaded with too much work on. We called down for extra towels to use the pool and I’m still waiting for those! There’s not enough sun beds at the pool. We didn’t get to use one at all during our stay which isn’t ideal for a winter sun break! Breakfast is in the sister hotel next door which is strange because they won’t let you use the pool in this hotel…….
