The room was Spotless. The sheets fresh and crisp. The Concierge service was Amazing with the helpful suggestions for dining and discounts for attractions. The pool area is a must see and enjoy the open air deck with pool and jacuzzi which is open till late (10pm). Great ambiance altogether. The one thing they can work on is the Netflix connection to be regardless of subscriptions status (with advertisement or not)

This was our first time staying at Kona Kai. The resort did not disappoint. Room was beautiful, clean and great view. The staff from front desk, restaurant and pool friendly and accommodating. Loved they had 2 pools. One family friendly and the other 21+. Beach with fire pit was a great way to end the day. Definitely will be returning and highly recommend to family and friends.
