This is a perfect spot away from the strip but only a short taxi ride to anywhere. Great food, great staff, only wish I tried the pool.

Despite charging over $350 per night, this property does not provide basic amenities such as bottled water or in-room slippers, which is disappointing given the price point.

No coffee or teapot available in the rooms.Furthermore m, we had an issue with light fixture that was broken the first night. It was not resolved. Given the disruption to our stay, the lack of assistance, and the absence of any service recovery, we do not feel the experience reflected the standard or value we expected.

Overall the stay was good. Central location on the strip was very convenient. Only complaints would be the elevators being backed up at times due to multiple not working, and the over powering scent used in the lobby/entance areas.

Finally, a truly 5 star experience in Las Vegas. When I die, I hope heaven is like Fontainebleau. From the heavenly scent in the lobby, to the impeccable rooms, and the divine food, Fontainebleau is my definition of modern luxury. Every aspect of our experience reflected their Michelin Key status from the soft bedding right down to the ripeness of the citrus for our drinks. I tend to notice the finest of details, and Fontainebleau did not disappoint. My boyfriend and I stayed in a Gold King Room and it was an excellent choice for a mid-budget stay to celebrate our 3rd anniversary. We were a short taxi ride from all of our attractions and we never had to wait for one either. Buyer beware- nothing here is "cheap", but everything has loaded value. Especially when you get the rewards card and find deals here that get you resort credit. Overall, I can't wait to go back and relax by the pool, grab a late night bite at Miami Slice, a morning coffee at Chez Bon Bon, get room service, see John Summit, have a Michelin level meal, and hit on the slots once more! 10/10 experience. I wanna go back!

Check in was chaotic, but desk staff very efficient. Had trouble finding a breakfast location after 10:00; overpriced but crowded restaurants. Room was wonderful, would have liked an extra blanket.

Everything was great for the price. Felt as though the towels were needing to be replaced as some had makeup marks

Waiting hours for valet multiple times

Booked this hotel for the bi level loft. Let me start off by saying that the rooms were really spacious and the property was clean. The staff might have been the highlight for me. Incredible staff that were helpful, accommodating, and even saved some toys we accidentally left behind eve hours after check out. One of them they held for us until the next day. The breakfast was fine. Not much to ring home about, but it was nice to not have to pay extra for breakfast and the “make your own waffle bar” was a big hit. The only reason I am giving it it a 4 star review is the location. It was very walkable and it was never a problem in the morning. At night, after long park days it would be nice to have an option other than uber (although it was only like $10 including tip to uber to the park). I know it’s not Clemente’s fault that ART went down, but that was the only negative. We did walk basically the entire time we were there though it was totally fine. Just laziness at the end of the day (lol).
