Staff fixed our broken shower head within 24 hours. However, they don't really restock your room that well. I had to ask multiple times to have coffee pods left for me, and then when I had to call room service to have it brought up, they never answered the phone after 7 minutes....

The staff had to be the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. The Concierge service was excellent. Nothing bad to say about this property. Absolutely loved our stay at The Rosewood Bah Mar. Looking forward to returning.

Loved the secludiveness of this property. Although it's an all adult there still happened to be babies, kids and young teens. Nothing to overwhelming BUT they should have another pool for the kids or for JUST ADULTS. The place did have a smell to it but your in a different country so nothing is really going to be A1. They do try to sell you a luxury Vacation (like a Timeshare but it's nowhere near) tip: lest questions and interest you'll be out in 30-90 min! But can take ALL DAY!! Ask for accommodations if presentation takes longer and into your vacation time. Overall it was a nice property!
