The 25hours Hotel in Zurich has a fun, bohemian vibe and plenty of character. Our room was comfortable, and the complimentary bike rental was a real highlight. Zurich is an exceptionally bike-friendly city, and exploring on two wheels turned out to be one of the best parts of our stay.
There were, however, several drawbacks. The air conditioning in our room was ineffective, which made the room uncomfortable during the warmer weather, and the lack of a Smart TV was disappointing. The surrounding neighborhood also felt a little sketchy compared with other areas of Zurich and lacked appealing dining options. One evening, we were seated at a nearby restaurant only to be completely ignored for almost 20 minutes before deciding to leave.
Overall, while the hotel’s quirky design and bike program are definite positives, the location and lack of some basic comforts detracted from the experience. We enjoyed our stay, but for our next visit to Zurich, we would likely explore other hotel options.

The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Conveniently located a short walk from the central train station and a metro station. Breakfast was good - lots of options. Comfortable beds. We had a nice view from our room. Do not count on room service in the evening. We were advised to order food using Uber Eats since it would take too long for us to get our food. Housekeeping left our window open a few times. All in all, we would stay here again.
