The room was spotless, the staff was warm and welcoming, the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful and in the heart of where we wanted to be. Times Square, the Rockefeller Center and theater.
We just thought the room was a little small for the price we paid. That is why I didn’t give it 5 stars.

The rooms need to be updated a bit. Beds are not super comfortableThe elevators are horrible!! There were 10 elevators and only 2-3 operable. There was constantly a crowd waiting.

Staff was great!! Breakfasts hot and tasty.
Room was very tired….chipped and cracked furniture…..doors scratched and chipped…..not up to the standards previously set by the Westhouse.
