My family and I had a rough arrival day but after I voiced my concerns, the staff was very attentive and very helpful in fixing the situation. Outside of that, the resort was nice, clean and the staff was very nice.

The cleanliness of my villa was completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in Villa 11 was not functioning, forcing us to relocate to another villa. Unfortunately, the replacement villa had also not been cleaned to an acceptable standard.
The living room rugs were visibly filthy, covered with stains and hair, creating an unsanitary and unwelcoming environment. This experience fell far below the standards I expected and significantly impacted my stay.
Given these issues, I have lost confidence in this establishment and will not be returning. I cannot recommend this property to others based on my experience.
