The staff was amazing, especially housekeeping and the Cateen Hall employees

My suggestion is that your room service needs to pay more attention, as no one cleaned my room since I arrived.

The staff was amazing! Had an unhappy start, missing our arrival champagne & sweets, the suite wasn’t set up for us as expected… but the staff bent over backwards to make it up! Excellent service everywhere we went!

Very clean and nice property

No casino, no smoking. Clean, posh surroundings. Fun gift shop. Great restaurant. Great pool area. Great gym. Great cocktails.

Can’t say enough good things about the staff and service. We were only there for one night, but we were treated like special guests. Gorgeous decor, fitness center, pool, rooms, ba to rooms. Our requests were accommodated, the kids got little gifts from the staff, the in-room dining meals and Ospero breakfast were delicious, the views were spectacular, the amenities were plentiful. We usually don’t like to stay at the same hotel more than once, but this one definitely “rose” to our needs and likes. Thank you!

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, and in the most perfect spot by the beach. Booking next year again SOON!

We would recommend Soleado. It's perfect for two ppl. The rooms were very clean and spacious. It is a 4 minute walk to the beach. 2 beach chairs and 4 beach towels were provided. There are restaurants within walking distance. Pool area is lovely. The only negatives for us were that you could not flush toilet paper in the toilet - it had to go in a waste can; the other was that while housekeeping did make the bed, take trash and handle towel service every day, nothing else was done (sweeping, wiping up in bathroom, replenish shampoo, soap, etc.

Very nice hotel. Loved the interior fountains and koi pond. Very spacious room.
