Unfortunately, I paid for the room but didn't stay there. I am not from the area and didn't realise this hotel is not near the Houston International airport. It says free shuttle but that is to the Hobby airport. Sadly, I booked non-refundable. The frustrating part was that I had messaged before leaving to ask how the shuttle works and no one answered so I found out after landing. I'm sure the hotel is great if you are at the right airport...please add not Bush International airport for to your add for those of us who dont know. I stayed at a different hotel that had a shuttle.
