I had fantastic experience at Heritage Hotel. The service and staff were excellent, friendly, nice and attentive specifically to Chin (housekeeper) and Eva The breakfast buffet offered nice variety of food. The room was dated but clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Special thank you to Eva and team (Reviera cafe) and to Chin (housekeeper) for best services

When we arrived around 9:15 pm, there was no one anywhere around. Our taxi driver was worried to leave us there, and when we used the provided phone at the desk to call the concierge, they told us to walk up to the third-floor reception. Our room was clean, and the view over the bay was magnificent. We appreciated the drinking water in the hallways. We were grateful that we could still order room service on the night that we arrived. But breakfast was expensive and just mediocre. Overall, it was.... fine. During the day, there were lots of people around to visit the water park, but it was dark and a little creepy at night.
