Dark and dingy. The rooms were akin to a premier inn. The staff were not overly friendly on reception so when we arrived we didn’t feel very welcomed. Our stay at Pullman was good but not excellent. The location is nice, close to the metro/ train / hop on hop off bus line. But the housekeeping was poor, and just overall not bad but also not great! I would not choose to go back.
