Great place to stay. Good location on edge of old town. Huge selection at breakfast and all very tasty. Friendly staff and owner. Clean, spacious, brightly-decorated rooms. Water dispenser for refilling water bottles. Shady courtyard and roof space to chill out.

Beautiful hotel in great location juat inside city walls close to Kalon Minor. Staff were very helpful (thanks for the birthday cake). Extensive buffet breakfast. Lovely roof terrace. Good sized rooms.

Good stay near the south gate

Though I checked in late at night, I was surprised to see the south gate so close to my window in the following morning. Due to lack of English signs in general in Khiva, I still got lost to some extent. But the clear location of this hotel somehow helped me go back to the hotel after the tour.
