Soliel was so so.

"A very small hotel. Service was lacking. Indifferent and uncaring until i spoke to manager/concierge. He was a nice man. We went to the restaurant for breakfast. It was very good as was the service. I wouldn't stay there again but i would go back to Allouette restaurant. Valet guys were great!"
