The property is dated and could use some renovation especially the bathrooms. The cleaning lady was very sweet and cleaned as much as she could but the rooms and bathrooms itself do need some TLC.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was well maintained, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and the staff provided outstanding customer service.

Only criticism is that there was nowhere comfortable to sit in the room. An armchair would be a good addition.

Exceptional service from the staff at the hotel. We received our room on time and all elements of check in and check out were flawless! I would absolutely visit this location again!

We had a wonderful stay at Baglioni Hotel Regina. The hotel is elegant and beautifully appointed, with a fantastic location that made exploring Rome so easy. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We were especially fortunate that our stay coincided with the opening of the new Primiera restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared and presented, and made our stay even more memorable. The staff truly made our stay special and made us feel genuinely welcome. A lovely, luxurious experience in Rome—we would absolutely stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights and loved it! Property is great, staff is friendly and helpful. Very clean and the pool was amazing and a great relief in the afternoon heat. A little off the beaten track but bus stop is right outside and easy to get all over Roma. Would definitely stay here again!!
