We had a late arrival and staff was super friendly on check in. Plenty of parking. Gated entry to make sure car was safe.

Staff was awesome and helpful

Fix elevators and don't assign rooms where you listen elevators moving 24/7

Staff was incredibly. Took care of when travel agency messed up the reservation. Saved me. Walking distance to the sphere - go there for sure. Pool and restaurant was great too!!

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Staff was great and helpful. Food in the restaurant was very good. We ate in the hotel restaurant all of our meals because it was excellent. Beautiful property.

Don’t like how the A/C automatically turns off during the night. Room was too warm.

Stunning but a little far from the main strip which made it a less walkable location. Not an issue for us this trip but something to consider.

Overall good experience. Clean, friendly, reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
