Lack of smiles and friendlier to higher management than the hotel guests

Great stay for a first time visit to Thailand. Great big room with bidet, huge breakfast selection and convenient location. Easy to cross under the bridge to make it to the water taxi on the river. Everyone's friendly and very helpful. 2 Elevators take some time but they are working on a 3rd one to open soon. Attached to a grocery store downstairs with many eating options inside and around the building. Easy for grab drivers to find and drive up to. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Convenient and good.ambient. Only issue is their cafe closes at 10pm, which could explore closing at midnight for tourists.

I have been treated extremely well by the Hotel and made to feel valued by staff and management. Always quick to exceed expectations. I will definitely be back!

Spa is very nice & staff was always great to me. Especially at check in the front desk lady was kind. Both check out & check in were made easy for me.
