It is not a 4 stars hotel. The hot water stopped working and we were informed that the showers had to be very fast or we would have to wait for the heater to heat it up again.

They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It's a great hotel de relax, the beach a close and amazing, the pool area calm and clean. The saff was just amazing I couldn't thank them enough for the stay they provided. The breakfast buffet was delicious also. I greatly recommended this hotel.

Wow, what a fantastic hotel. Super location for the Archeological Park & Museum. Rooms and amenities were great, the pool and sundeck perfect for a drink. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was spectacular, everything you could want for a Sicilian breakfast. Rooms were modern and comfortable definitely a value for the price.

Great location, Great Suite, Great Breakfast WONDERFUL All Around

Great room, breakfast, and staff. Adequate parking. Not too far from the historic district. Only issue we had is that the walls everywhere are painted black and lights were barely on, so it’s difficult to see where you are going. That’s the vibe, but older people like us may have a problem.

Lovely facilities and rooms, however service was extremely slow and very mixed attitudes. Examples being nearly impossible to order food/drinks at the pool due to lack of staff and then a very long wait to receive. Dirty towels in room were taken during cleaning and not replaced, called down to ask and they still didn’t replaced them. Generally was very hard work to get service out of the staff and often met with the attitude that you were an inconvenience.

Our stay at the Atlantis was excellent. From the concierge staying in touch for our room, the front desk helping with our bags, room service fast and courteous, and our room had magnificent views, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Our dinner at Nui was excellent with wonderful service. The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the fitness center a bit and the decor could use a refresh but otherwise I would come back again anytime! Truly amazing experience.

5 star hotel in all ways. Beautiful building with an amazing view of the bay. Ample beach beds for all guests. Top notch service.
