This was an exceptional property and experiance overall. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating even when we showed up a couple hours before check-in. The rooms with the infinity pool view of the sea and mountains felt like they were out of a movie scene.

It was good for the price until the check out time came and the staff started checking the room like they were on a hunt and we were suddenly told our passport won't be returned until we paid a ridiculous amount citing a mark on a bedsheet. when my wife went to see the finding it was just a normal usage bedsheet mark. My wife was misbehaved with and money was demanded repeatedly, she decided to stop interaction with them and cleaned the bloody spot herself which came out with a second some shampoo was applied to it. By this time I park the car and came to check the matter and it was a beyond stupid reason to ask for money for a small mark on a bedsheet which is supposed to be washed anyways by house keeping. Not only this but another couple was standing at the reception with the same exact reason for blackmail to which point I confirmed if the clean bedsheet is okay for them, threw some "good words" in and left. In all of my life of travelling this was hand down the most bizarre, absurd and insane experience I ever had. Avoid this hotel if you don't enjoy being harassed and blackmailed!!!
