Marietas Islands Adults Only Holidays

Food was mediocre, typical resort food. Not buffet style so you have to ask for everything. Rooms below average design n vibe, it was giving dated. Not so family friendly regarding activities. Small lobby, nothing for kids to do outside of the swimming pool, making evenings challenging when pool is closed. Only 2 guest elevators for the whole property, long lines to get to and from the room. Location is okay, safe and about 15 minutes to central/malecon. Staff friendly after tips. Overall I’d say it was basic. Wouldn’t go back or recommend. Didn’t hate it just used to higher end experiences.

The service from the staff, culinary experience, and modern amenities makes Garza Blanca Sanctuary one of a kind! Our family had a wonderful experience and we’ll be back!

Been coming for years. Service has gone down . Princess went up .. had to complain multiple times . Broken spa . Closed restaurants we had reservations at . Bad communication between staff to customer . Was always on top of service till recently. Even workers discreetly agreed with our complaints and what tell us to complain to higher management and they have noticed the level went down since change of staff in February. Just giving you a heads up do with you want with the information. They are no longer taking care of loyal customers as this was our seventh time back. And they stated it didn't matter they were only in seeking of new patrons. And our loyalty didn't mean much. Disappointing

The property was gorgeous, I loved all the tropical foliage. The pool area was spectacular. The room was spacious, cool and quiet. The staff was exceptional. We enjoyed our meals at the onsite restaurant and our time at The Beach Club. My only regret was The Beach Club wasn’t open on Sunday and that was disappointing. We were directed to the sister property which was also nice with beach front area. Overall excellent stay, would book again.
