The breakfast is abysmal, the towels are old and sometimes they run out even when they clean the room, they don’t put enough towels in the room and you have to constantly ask for it, the air-conditioning absolutely does not work, so be prepared, we asked for a fan which they provided and if it hadn’t been for that fan, we would not be able to sleep at night. The sheets are not crisp and show age. There is no shampoo and conditioner in the room just one body wash that is supposed to be used for all of it. Small packet of napkin is provided. Overall, the location is good, but the hotel is certainly not a four star hotel. I would consider this hotel a two star hotel.
