Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Made my stay very memorable.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Derek. As foreigners and we use eSIM without a physical phone number, it’s not an easy thing to reserve Disney park tickets. Derek has gone beyond and above to assist us, we feel sorry to take him so much time but his service is just great!

There is supposed to be free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, but they do not answer the phones to be able to speak to them where to pick the bus up

The free wi-fi is super weak and only works in the lobby. The staff barely speaks English and there's no nearby convenience store.

Room was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Therebwad some simple food available in the buffet when were arrived later in evening free of charge which was appreciated. And the breakfast was good. Free shittle to and from airport was helpful too

It's super clean and very nice size room and staffs very very kind. And price is very good..everything was perfect. Love this hotel.

Great spot overall. The Butler (Johnson) was extra helpful as i'm a foreigner and he was able to see to my needs anytime. Would stay again.

Great room and the staff (esp Hanley Ly) was very helpful in getting us a room for 4 people.
