Cozumel is my new favorite place in Mexico. It is definitely a family oriented island and so much to do. Plenty of eateries. The water was s so clear and beautiful.

I booked an oceanview room. Fantastic unit. Clean, quiet, peaceful. Just what I needed for my solo trip. Balcony was amazing. Did many quiet meditations there. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Food and service were subpar. (We are not picky eaters). At the buffet restaurants ( lunch and dinner). Multiple food would dishes would run out and not be restocked for over half hour. I really like the property a lot. It was clean the staff. were nice and I love the swim bar, my only down fault was I never see a lifeguard on duty for the whole week I was there not at the pool or the beach side

The Entertainment Staff was top notch, along with the wait staff! Our rooms were okay, old and dated but we had a clean-comfortable bed and hot water! Mahi Mahi, Fish Tacos and Chicken Wings were wonderful!

Overall a great resort with the friendliest staff! Small enough to feel intimate but has enough to do between the different restaurants, pools, and excursions. Some of the rooms seem to have been recently upgraded with new furniture. Take the nature walk with Alfred, he's the best!
