We have been going to this property for 25 years. Rooms and hotel are all clean. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We have seen the quality of the food decrease every year.

Staff was very helpful. Lots of oddities about the room. The room is spacious but lacking in any comfortable chairs, adequate drawer space and for our stay - the room had no heater and it was cold at night! We also had an issue with tiny bugs in and around the kitchenette.

The best vacation I’ve had in years. Couples staff takes care of everything from the welcome right at the bus, to the way they get to know the guests. The room was clean and the amenities were unparalleled. I would recommend Couples resort to anyone who would here. Truly a magical experience.
