Golf resorts and hotels feature either an on-site golf course or partnership with a nearby golf course. If they don't have an on-site golf course, they may offer a shuttle service to nearby golf courses.
Higher-end golf resorts may include clubs, caddies, carts and more in their package price. Golf holiday packages may also include green fees and country club passes. Others may offer these same perks and services for a small fee.
Many golf resorts have other amenities such as games rooms, pools, playgrounds and restaurants for the non-golfers in your party.

The hotel was excellent, a large room with everything a family needs (including a washing machine). The staff was courteous and helpful, the breakfast was very good, the shuttles were excellent, punctual and very punctual. I will return to this hotel next time.

Rough stay. Room was missing linens for sofa bed, took an hour to get them. Room had a squeaking fan, warped flooring and was much smaller than depicted. Staff was friendly but promised removal of resort fees for a night missed due to airline delay, then the fees showed up on our bill. Would not ...

Overall, the hotel is “very tired” and in need of substantial investment. Obviously living in past glories.
