"Les chambres sont plutôt grandes, la literie est bonne et le linge, la sale de bain et les toilettes sont propres. L'accueil et les échanges avec les salariées est super. Par contre, la porte des toilettes était vraiment sale (plein de coulures marron...?!?) et le rideau occultant était plus petit que la fenêtre, ce qui fait que je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit en raison de la lumière extérieure. Il n'a pas été possible de me changer de chambre, et il n'y a eu aucune compensation sur le prix malgré ces désagréments"

"Overall, my stay was good in many ways. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and the Wi‑Fi worked very well throughout my visit. The location was excellent — having supermarkets by the station across the road was handy, and being right opposite the train and bus station made travelling to tourist attractions and the airport very easy. The reception team was a mixed experience; some staff were warm and welcoming, while others were not as friendly. The biggest inconvenience was that my key card failed every day, meaning I had to go back down from the 4th floor repeatedly to get it reactivated. Despite this issue, the stay had several positives."

"The property overall is pretty dated. Carpets are old and the King room is pretty small. Quite a bit of cigarette stink in the rooms. Breakfast was very good and of high quality. The spread was pretty wide ranging and laid out veey well. The breakfast was perhaps the highlight of our stay at this hotel in Marseille. Location wise, it's fabulous. Just a 10min walk from the beautiful Port Vieux. "
