"Staff are very friendly and helpful. The veiw looking over the ocean is very nice and our room was roomy and comfortable. However the shower mat was dirty on the one side and the coffee cups seemedcto have soap in them as we rinsed them out before using them."

"Lovely apartment. We had a really nice few days here. No allocated parking, but we never had a problem finding a space close by. Good to have a shop so close (literally under our feet.)
Facilities were good; enough kitchen utensils, pans, etc. that we could cook meals with no problems. Nice bathroom and excellent lounge area. Seating area and space outside as well if the weather permits.
Nice area to walk around as well, with harbour and coast very close by.
The location is a bit off the beaten...

"The Donard Hotel in Newcastle fitted our needs for an overnight stay exactly - a centrally located hotel with good sized rooms, a very comfortable bed and very friendly and helpful staff. The team worked well together but a special shoutout to Kevin who went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The town of Newcastle is an attractive seaside town but also an excellent starting point to climb Slieve Donard, Northern Ireland's highest mountain, which was the reason for our stay...
