"Easy to access, plenty of free parking, and excellent pool. However, the walls are quite thin, and on 3/5 nights other tourists decided to delay our sleep for hours. On the bright side, when I complained to the reception about this, the disturbance ended within 15 minutes, so well done to the reception crew. Would i return here? Probably not, but for others it would be perfect"

"Location, hotel, and spa all excellent. One major let down though- no air conditioning in the bedrooms. I was given a fan when i queried this, however the fan was far too noisy to be able to sleep. It really was far too hot, and unfortunately this would deter me from returning in the summer season. Otherwise the stay was fantastic!"

"This is a great hotel within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was large and clean, had a large comfortable bed and a good bathroom. It was also very quiet which is a bonus! Staff were very friendly and informative. Parking was included for an extra charge. We will certainly stay there again when visiting Exeter! "
