Brahim est un professionnel remarquable : toujours souriant, attentionné, disponible et d’une gentillesse sans égale. Il a su rendre notre séjour vraiment spécial, anticipant nos besoins avec discrétion et efficacité. Son accueil chaleureux, ses précieux conseils et sa disponibilité à toute heure ont fait toute la différence. On sent immédiatement qu’il aime son métier et qu’il met tout son cœur pour que chaque client se sente comme chez soi. Un immense merci à Brahim pour tout ce qu’il fait. "Very nice hotel , food was good, rooms clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. One VERY disappointing aspect was the service staff, B Singh, specifically. Zero personality and very rude. Interacted twice asking for ice and treated my adult daughter with attitude and front desk staff had to intervene as well. Not a good look for hotel."

"Definitely not premium. More like cost-cutting central. In the restaurant they have ready meals they re-heat and serve to guests. For cleaning you need to request it, and also the small print is to request by 6am. And even checking in, they pass you the task of completing the registration form on a screen. If it saves some a little cost, they’ll do it here. And who cares about guests - they ask irrelevant personal details on the screen form, too like DOB, which you must complete. The staff are good, which is one saving grace. But don’t expect premium. "
