"There was great wow factor arriving, and the novelty factor of staying on a boat was fun for the kids.
As a hotel it was underwhelming.
The bus connection is regular but the bus stops are in fairly ‘sketchy’ spots, I wouldn’t have felt safe as a lone woman. The shuttle is great but stops at 6pm, it would be better running later into the evening once dark rather than during the day.
The rooms are kitsch with the period styling and they were immaculately clean. The corridor carpets were dirty...

"Good loaction, super friendly staff, pool area was great. Food is good and breakfastbuffet had something for everyone.
Rooms are fine - but if you are a clean-freak, then this is absolutely not the place for you. It is worn and tired, and whoever does the cleaning is super lazy - closet, bed, table - nothing is vacuumed under."

"The property is charming and conveniently located, the spa is wonderful, the front desk team is very pleasant, the room was nice, ac worked great (it was hot), bathroom only had a small shower which was a bit disappointing, small misses (tv did not work and was not repaired and coffee was not refilled one day) made it not a true 5 star experience"
