"Though it’s not in central Berlin, the tram and subway are just 5 minutes away. The apartment was perfect! Modern, clean and comfortable. It was fully equipped with nice plates, utensils etc. There are numerous grocery stores and restaurants close by. The neighborhood is rough looking but as seniors we felt very safe. We enjoyed a delish meal at Mr. Hoang. Another positive was the fact that they have 3 washers and dryers in the basement which are free to use. The concertina provide the...

"We liked that the room is large, clean and that there is a lot of natural light.

Cosy Box at Boxhagener PlatzFriedrichshain
5.8 out of 10, (13 reviews)
"Not great tbh. The room was way smaller than pictured, could almost touch three walls at the same time. The outlets were stupidly placed. You have a high bed but lets place all the lights somewhere you cant reach so you gotta use a ladder in the dark or climb up and down a lot. The nightlight didnt really work but at least that meant i could charge my phone so that was nice.
The toilet or zink leaked so the bathroom floor was just wet, you only had 4 minutes of hot water but at least the water...
