"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. "Location of hotel is walking distance from trams, trains and buses. Room was kept clean, very friendly and accommodating staff, very nice lobby with bar and restaurants. Breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food. Hardworking and accommodating wait staff in restaurant as well! Definitely recommended!"
