When I entered the room it was dirty, had to call multiple times and wait an hour for them to come and clean it.
The WiFi did not work for the entire duration of the trip.
The room was not cleaned unless I specifically asked the guest services staff both via phone and in person at least 4 times per day.
This is terrible service, I’ve been to Vegas many times, I’ve never stayed at such a poorly managed hotel.
The staff is also extremely rude and does not offer any sort of assistance, based information is never provided either.
I will never return to this hotel, or even walk through it next time I’m in Vegas.
