Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. "Great location. Next to the slopes and the big hotel with the thermal baths / water park. Great breakfast. Would love to have dinner in the hotel but it closes at 6pm"
