"I would avoid this place. We just stayed for one night on a road trip. The toilet would not flush and the bathtub backed up with sewage water. When I called to report it, the staff told me that they would send maintenance down when he got in. This was at 8:30 am. They never came or called back. So far, no refund offered."

"The room was clean and equipped. However the ants that never got addressed and charging me twice for my room was frustrating. The dayshift lady was dismissive and irritated with my concerns. Night staff was friendly but not needed more training."

"We went here during the winter and the temperature was in the 50’s. The heater was broken and was unfixable at the time. We were told there were no rooms available to move. And was told by very rude staff there was nothing to be done. My husband and I later went down to front desk to ask for a heater. They then moved us to another room, which needed up having bedbugs. Do not stay here. "
