"El lugar increíble, el personal muy atento y cordial. Lamentablemente la gerenta fue todo lo contrario, rayando en la impertinencia, discriminación y burla. Fue lo peor sus respuestas con respecto al uso de las instalaciones para personas en situación de discapacidad, dónde el mundo apunta a la inclusión...... Ella todo lo contrario, horrible la experiencia con está persona."

"Room was small, but adequate for one night stay. Reasonably furnished, clean. TV did not work as the remote control was missing batteries. Windows cannot be open and ventilation provides constant noise, low level. Breakfast was ok, selection is wide in bakery, but limited to oranges in fruit. Breakfast room serves as a corridor from reception to lifts, is very busy and somewhat unpleasant to stay in. Location of the hotel is excellent."
